J.W. (Chip) Doering III - President
chip@doeringleasing.comchip

Chip Attended the University School of Milwaukee graduating in 1985. He graduated from Babson College, (a small business school in Boston), in 1989 with majors in finance and accounting. Babson is known nationally for its finance and entrepreneurial education.

In the fall of 1989, Chip founded Hartland Executive leasing, Inc., in Hartland WI. The name was later changed to Doering Leasing Co. and is now based in Milwaukee, WI. The business has shown steady growth year after year.

Currently serving hundreds of corporate, individual, and family clients, Chip has the industry experience rivaled by only a few. Many clients have been with him for over 20 years.

Chip recognized the value of service early on. He applied it to an industry where the service aspect was basically unheard of. By focusing on reducing his clients costs and saving time, they are able to spend their valuable resources, (time and money mostly), on the most profitable parts of their business. As his clients have responded, he continues to look for better ways to improve all aspects of his service promise.

Chip understands there is an "opportunity cost" involved in every decision made, it's important to understand those costs and help make the best decisions for everyone involved.

Personally, Chip enjoys running, Flying and skiing. He is on the Executive committee of a Milwaukee non-profit organization where he has been a board member for many years.

Al was born in Milwaukee and attended Upper Iowa University. Al has been in the fleet management and leasing industry since 1975 (though it often seems like 300 years). He is casually known as "The Dean of Leasing." He has been in the industry since the stone age of the industry with deep ties to and knowledge of organizations and companies in the Midwest. Al has worked in the fleet departments at Lease Associates, Rank & Son, and as a Vice President at Cane-a-Car.

Al now manages many of Doering's largest accounts.

Al is a long-time member of NAFA (National Association of Fleet Administrators). He lives in the Milwaukee area with his wife, two children, and three grandchildren who also reside in the Milwaukee area. He enjoys fishing, family and golf in his leisure time, though not always the best at the first and third, but a pro at the second.
